Busy finished her "Working Trial Championship" on June 18, 2000 in Idaho! During this 2 day trial, she also earned the following awards:

High score Aussie in Trial - ducks

High score Ausie in Trial - sheep

High Score Aussie in Trial - cattle

High Combined Aussie in Trial (both days)

Busy earned her final qualifying score on cattle under ASCA Judge Roy Sage (pictured) to achieve this long awaited goal. Many friends have helped and supported us along the way, especially trainers Sharon Simmons and Kathy Warren ,and my friend and herding partner Jeany Llapitan. Busy also could not have achieved this without the superb skill of Dr. Stoll DVM, who repaired her hock which was broken a year ago in a trial. Dr. Stoll and the staff at Seattle Veterinary Hospital for Surgery did an outstanding job enabling Busy to be a sound and competitive dog, we thank you! Much thanks also go to Cindy Horsfall at "LaPawSpa" healing center. The water therapy Busy received there got her back into action!

CLICK HERE FOR MORE WORKING PICS OF BUSY"Busy" is a very intense working dog, and very easy to live with. She adores cats and children. She is a quiet worker, barking only when heading a cow or moving a stubborn ram. She is a strong heading and fetching aussie. She has a beautiful head, moderate coat, and well - balanced structure. In spite of me, she has done well in "our" trialing career. Her first trial was the 1996 ASCA Nationals in Central Point, Oregon. She received qualifying scores in 7 out of 9 started runs, including: 2 - 4th place Cattle, 1 - 3rd place Cattle, 1 - 3rd place Sheep. She now has completed her WTCH. On April 25 1999 completed her RTDs (ranch trial dog, sheep). Busy is my first working - bred Australian Shepherd and has been quite a handful in training. We will be forever grateful to Sharon Simmons of Westwind Australian Shepherds, for her help with Busy's training. See: WA Dog Trainers for more info

Tuck is a very talented working Aussie! He heads and heels cattle with authority and confidence. He has qualified for and competed in the ASCA Nationals Stock Dog Finals in 1996, 1997, 1998. He is a multiple High in Trial winner in Ducks, Sheep, and Cattle. He has also been the ASC of Washington "Working Dog of the Year" twice, in 1997 and 1998. All of his offspring who have had an opportunity to work have shown talent and natural working ability. Besides being a very handsome male, Tuck also has a great temperment which has has also passed along to his offspring. Tuck is owned by Eric Morris and Sharon Simmons.
